This stone has unique multi color spots, patches with striking color patterns that can stand alone or mix wonderfully with a multitude of other stones and beads. We love this Russian gemstone! It's a beautiful translucent dark rose color with gold flecks in it. These are very nicely faceted ovals. AA Quality and they really shimmer, just gorgeous! These are sold on 16" strands. See view A, B.

I love this combination of two vibrant colored gemstones, the deep blue of azurite and malachite's rich green are intermingled. They are found blended together in or near copper deposits, which give them their colors. These colors and unique patterns are so striking, I use them in simple settings so nothing distracts from them. These are sold on 16" strands. See view A, B.

These new jade beads are a high quality translucent light green color. As with all jade beads the translucent ones are more prized and have higher values. These beads have no inclusions and almost glow. They are cut in a bone shape and are slightly graduated. These extra long strands will make a gorgeous necklace. This gemstone is also called serpentine or new jade. See another view. Circa 1970's. These are sold on extra long 25" strands.

These new jade beads are a nice yellow green translucent color. As with all jade beads the translucent ones are more prized and have higher values. These beads are cut so they are ruffled and really catch the light. These beads have no inclusions and almost glow. They are really nicely polished to a high shine, they will make a gorgeous necklace. This gemstone is also called serpentine or olive jade. See another view. Circa 1980's.

These serpentine beads are a lovely avocado color with a very nice polish, also known as olive and new jade. They are cut in a shape commonly called bone. These are genuine gemstone beads, Circa 1970. These are sold on 16" strands.

Australian Lemon Chrysoprase beads cut into, beautiful hearts. Lemon Chrysoprase is actually citron magnesite, found in Australia. They are bright green yellow in color. The green color is due to the presence of high levels of nickel. They are a light green fading to yellow with brown/gray/black matrix. These are sold on 16" strands. See View A, B.

These are large beads made of African Pipestone. The beads are a pretty red clay color. It is a gemstone that is easily carved and these have "thumb prints" carved in the ends. This is a really nice and unusual style of bead, I have never seen this cut before. Circa 1960. There are 19 beads on the strand. See another view.

Faceted Red Agate cut in Germany around the 1800's for African Trade. Carnelian, also known as “red agate,” is a semi-precious gemstone tinted by iron oxides. These beads are long and are slightly graduated on the strand, the longest beads are 40mm in length. Most of the carnelian beads in Africa came originally from India, or from Brazil by way of Idar-Oberstein in Germany. Each beautiful bead is different and unique in its own way. This is a nice matched strand that is 18" long with 12 beads on the strand. See view A, B, C.

These are old stock - natural turquoise ovals with a medium polish. They have some black & brown matrix running through them and some spider webs. They will be wonderful for all your designs. They are a Blue/green color with a slightly tumbled cut. They are not perfectly even. Probably hand cut. sold on 16" strands (color will vary since this is natural). See view A, B.

These are old stock - natural turquoise beads that have been faceted. The color varies from a greenish blue to a robin's egg blue color with some brown matrix running through them. They are high quality turquoise beads that have small facets and were very evenly cut. This is not dyed and it is not Howlite. It is old stock turquoise. It is sold in packs of 10 beads.

These vintage beads are carved from genuine turquoise in the style of scarabs, but these resemble pigs. They have a little black matrix running through them. They are high quality turquoise beads that were nicely carved into amulet or fetish beads in the 1980's. They are 3 dimensional beads and each one was hand carved so they are unique and vary in size. They average 15mm in length and 12mm in width. See view A, B, C.

These are old stock - natural turquoise beads in graduated oval barrel shape. They are a dark turquoise color covered with small matrix patterns throughout. They are cut with tapered edges. They have a medium polish with some rough areas. This is not dyed and it is not Howlite. It is old stock turquoise. You will receive this exact strand that is pictured, It is a 16" strand. These are gorgeous old stock - natural turquoise nugget beads that are a real find. They have a beautiful polish and are cut in a flattened nugget shape. They are a traditional turquoise color with some black and gold matrix. Excellent cut and polish. The nuggets vary in size, but average 15mm in length. The strand is 16 inches. See view A, B.

These are old stock, natural olive green turquoise beads. They vary from a dark green to a lime green color for an interesting mix. They are high quality turquoise beads that were very evenly cut and polished into a lovely oval shape. They are 14mm long and 9mm wide, they have rounded edges and are puffy. This strand is 16" long. This is not dyed and it is not Howlite. It is old stock turquoise. See view A, B.

These are old stock, natural bright green Gaspeite beads. These are rare old stock beads that are cut in a heishi style. Gaspeite is a rare calcite gemstone that is valued because of its vivid green color. Heishi beads are small cut pieces that have been ground to a smooth, rounded shape. This strand is high quality and has a uniform consistency and feels silky smooth. This strand is 16" long. This is not dyed and it is not Howlite. See another view.

These are large turquoise beads in a tapered oval barrel shape. They are a robin's egg blue color covered with small matrix patterns throughout. They are very smooth with tapered edges. These beads are stabilized turquoise. It is a 16" strand. See view A, B.

African turquoise carved into puffy heart pendant beads. They are a pine green color with interesting matrix patterns. These all natural hearts are not dyed so each one is unique. They are drilled down the center. These are sold in groups of 4. See View A, B.

These fabulous beads are Picasso Jasper gemstone beads, sometimes called Red River Jasper too. These are colorful beads features a wide range of hues including cream, grays, reds, browns and yellows. These are genuine gemstone beads with unusual modernist designs and patterns that earned them the name Picasso. Circa 1970. These are sold on 16" strands.

Dark Peachy Red Aventurine tube beads with excellent shine. Aventurine is a form of quartz, the most common color being green, but it is also found in orange, red, brown, yellow, blue or gray. You can see there are natural color variations within the strand that add to its beauty. This strand is 16" long. See view A, B.
