This is a long necklace composed of Angel Skin coral branch beads. It is longer than most I have seen and the beads are beautifully matched. The natural coral beads are a lovely blush pink color and have excellent polish with no visible pores. Strung on a beading wire, it measures 29½ inches long. ~ Circa 1970. See view A, B, C, D.

A modernist apple coral collar necklace. The collar tab pieces each have apple coral on the front and black plastic on the back. This vintage necklace is composed of a combination of apple coral rounds and off white coconut rondelle beads. Apple coral is almost extinct and can no longer be imported, so it is very rare. This is a fabulous carved bone necklace that is composed of bone and brass beads in a variety of shapes and sizes. The necklace features a large carved elephant pendant in an ornate brass frame. The necklace has several carved elephant beads too. The bone beads are very nicely carved and are a creamy off-white color. The clasp is a brass hook and eye. Circa 1970's. This is a rare 1950's beaded tie necklace. The glass beads are a vibrant Kelly Green color, that were fashioned into long tie necklace. The beads are 7" long on each side and the tie hangs down 11 inches longer. It has a gold hook clasp that is unmarked. ~Most likely made in Hong Kong. Circa 1950's See view A, B, C, D.

This long necklace consists of lovely swirling coral Lucite beads with gold accents. The coral beads are graduated barrels with gold beads in between. The necklace fastens with a gold barrel clasp.  Excellent condition. See view A, B, C. Circa 1960

Fresh and beautiful shell bangle bracelet. This bracelet has inlaid creamy spiral shell pieces alternating with dark brown lip shell pieces. They are domed and have been set onto a stainless steel base. See View A, B.

A set of rare vintage natural black coral disk beads. They are lightly polished, leaving the growth rings and grain visible. They are nicely graduated and hand cut. The beads are drilled, so they will make a lovely necklace. Black coral is getting hard to find and import in the US, so get it while you can. The largest bead is 16mm and the smallest is 10mm. These beads are natural Italian coral beads that are a deep oxblood red color. They are all natural and you can see some of the pits and color variations that occur in red coral. They have been cut into rondelles and polished, but retain much of their rustic beauty. These beads have not been dyed, and are not bamboo. Sold in 16" strands. Circa 1980's. See view A, B, C.

Beautiful natural black coral rounds that are graduated on the strand. They are beautiful AA quality round coral beads that all have been polished to an extra high gloss. The smallest beads are 6mm and largest are 12mm. These beads are lovely and are ready to be made into a necklace. It is all natural black coral that is very nicely cut and polished, not dyed. This is a gorgeous hand crafted sterling silver brooch with a large pear shaped chrysocolla cabochon. The veined chrysocolla gemstone is domed and is a beautiful teal color with excellent polish. It is a darker turquoise color with rich veining throughout. The sterling pin has an ornate twisted rope design on the setting. The pin was most likely made by a Navajo craftsman and is in excellent condition. This stone is known for its healing abilities among the Native American cultures and is found near Copper mines in Arizona. It is marked 925 on the back of the pin. It also has a large bail on the back so it can be used as a pendant. See View A, B, C, D.

This large and modern sterling silver ring features the beauty of the Ollon shell. The spiral shell is framed by a red coral circular ring. This exotic cabochon is a full inch and is set in a sterling frame that is solid on the back. It has a coiled band that is adjustable . See some other views 1, 2, 3, 4. It is marked 925.

This is a strand of 11 Antique red and white Skunk Glass Beads. They are a lovely bright red color with white dots. These beads are large 12mm rounds with large 3-4mm beading holes. Vintage glass beads in a chevron style. These Chevrons beads have 6 layers and were made in a multi-step process. Glass canes in red, white and navy blue were fused, then cut to reveal these lovely patterns. These are oval beads with tapered ends. See view A, B, C.

This is a set of 8 early 20th century Venetian 4 layer watermelon chevrons in a oval shape. These Venetian Chevron or star beads are the most beautiful, recognizable and collectable of all beads. These beads are named watermelon because of the their red, green and white colors. The largest bead is 38 x 20mm, and the smallest is 26 x 16mm. These chevron beads are rare because of the large size and nice color match. You will receive these exact beads pictured. See view A, B, C, D, E.

Hand faceted translucent green glass trade beads. These oblong beads are old European glass beads that were traded in Africa in the late 1800's. They were made of uranium glass, more commonly known as vaseline glass, its popularity can be traced to the 1830s. The size and shape of the beads vary because they were hand cut and faceted. We have them in two sizes. Vaseline glass typically has a yellow-green hue in daylight and radiates a bright, bold fluorescent green under a black light. The glowing properties are from the uranium oxides and additional fluorescing colorants such as manganese and iron infused into the glass at the molten stage. See view A, B, C, D.

Natural Apple coral beads in a hemisphere shape. These look like large round beads cut in half. They are 20-21 mm at the widest point and they are 12mm thick or high. These beads have been sealed & polished to a high gloss. Great quality in a rare bead shape. See view A, B. Circa 1970

This is a wide black Lucite bangle bracelet with a stainless steel lining. It has two shiny Lucite panels that are domed and on top of a stainless base that is hinged and has a safety chain. It his a nice black bracelet that is 1 inch wide, and goes on easily. It is in excellent condition and the clasp works well. Circa 1960's. See view A, B, C.

Here's a pretty dark brown Bakelite cloak or coat clasp. Each side is 1 1/4" long by 1" wide. The pieces are curved and deeply carved with geometric designs. There are two metal loop shanks on the back of each side for sewing it onto fabric. These pieces were used on fur coats or heavy cloaks in the early 1900's. Tested and guaranteed to be Bakelite. Great surface and patina, the metal does show a little age. See view A, B, C.

This is a rare necklace by Bell Trading Post in a Southwestern  design that  is very organic and rustic. This massive Bell Trading Post Pendant necklace is solid copper inlaid with natural turquoise. The lovely organic turquoise stones are a bright blue color and each is bezel set on a textured solid copper pendant. The large pendant is oval with scalloped edges and measures 3 x 2 ½ inches.   It dangles from a solid copper link chain that is 24" long and has a secure fold over clasp. The necklace is in excellent condition with the original patina. It is in very good vintage condition with light wear. The pendant is marked SOLID COPPER with the bell shaped logo of Bell Trading Post on the back of the pendant and also SOLID COPPER on the chain clasp. See view A, B, C. Circa 1960's.

Lovely and elegant Damascene gold filled earrings. The earrings feature an intricate design and is composed of triangular pieces with small dangling coins. It is a stunning example of an old world technique that has gone unchanged over the centuries in Spain. It features pierced earring wires. See View A, B, C, D. Circa 1950's. A beautiful genuine elephant tusk ivory bangle bracelet. The bracelet has a opening of 2.5 inches and is 7mm wide. The ivory bracelet has been nicely polished and is in perfect condition. There are no cracks, staining or darkening of the ivory. It will look wonderful alone or stacked with other bangles. Circa 1960. See View A, B, C, D.

This is a fabulous Black Cloisonné enamel bangle bracelet. It was handmade and has a shiny black enamel with an assortment of pastel colored flowers. It is 9mm wide and has a nice big opening. It is domed and still shiny with blue enamel inside. See View A, B, C.

These are large vintage serpentine gemstones in a barrel bead. They are gray with yellow green colors and spots. All natural with no color enhancements. See View A, B. Circa 1970's. These are sold on 16" strands.

These beautiful beads are Conus shell heishi beads. Heishi beads are small cut pieces of natural shell that have been ground to a smooth, rounded shape. These are nice quality heishi bead strands that have a uniform consistency and feel silky smooth. Sold on 24" strands.

These are old stock, natural bright green Gaspeite beads. These are rare old stock beads that are cut in a heishi style. Gaspeite is a rare calcite gemstone that is valued because of its vivid green color. Heishi beads are small cut pieces that have been ground to a smooth, rounded shape. This strand is high quality and has a uniform consistency and feels silky smooth. This strand is 16" long. This is not dyed and it is not Howlite. See another view.

This is a beautiful vintage Japanese Millefiori glass bead necklace. It features black glass beads decorated with small and colorful flowers made of glass canes. The necklace has hand made millefiori glass beads in between gold filigree wire work. Millefiori literally means 'thousand flowers', because the beads look like there are little flowers inside. This necklace has a matching glass slide clasp and is in very good condition. The earrings on clip ons with the same millefiori beads are 1 ½ inches long. Circa 1950's. This vintage necklace is composed of pretty natural Italian branch coral beads beads. The coral is a light to medium pink color. The branches are graduated and are extra long in the center. This is a very high quality natural Italian coral. (It hasn't been dyed) The longest branches measure over 1 1/2 inches. It is finished in a traditional Native American style with sterling round beads and cone. It has a gorgeous sterling slide clasp with three sparkling Cubic Zirconia (CZs) marked 925 SM. Circa 1980's. Here is a very rare find! This is a lovely, Vintage Tiger Coral Bangle Bracelet. This bracelet has inlaid Tiger Coral pieces that has been set onto a brass base. Tiger coral is becoming so hard to find and I never see these bracelets! Great vintage coral item to add to your jewelry collection. See View A, B, C, D.

Natural high quality light Yellow Jade beads in a 4mm round shape. They are in a light yellow color and have not been dyed or treated. They are lighter than pictures and the color variations are more subtle. These are sold in packs of 50 beads. See view A, B.

This long necklace has a lovely mixture of black and white Lucite beads. The asymmetrical design has laminated black and white beads on one side in a modernistic style. These are gorgeous old stock - natural turquoise nugget beads that are a real find. They have a beautiful polish and are cut in a flattened nugget shape. This is a strand of 20 Antique Pink Prosser glass beads. Prosser beads were made in a hydraulic press that compressed a cold, moist mixture of finely pulverized materials into cast-iron molds and formed beads ceramic-like finish. They are in a lovely dark pink color. They are made in two part molds, so there is a flat ring around the center. These beads were traded to Africa and show some signs of wear and pitting, which adds to their beauty and story. See view A, B. Circa 1900's

Fabulous glass lamp work beads that are clear glass with green and copper bands swirling through out. They were made in Murano, Italy in a design called sommerso, which means "submerged". The glittery copper and bright green colors are submerged in a clear glass. The gold or copper flecks are called aventurine, it is a type of glass, based on the original Italian name aventurina The effect is gorgeous. See view A, B. Package of 2.

These are antique Faux red coral beads in a tube shape. Rare old Venetian trade beads that were wound with some bumps and imperfections that make them look so close to authentic coral. What cuties! These are Lamp Work blue glass beads with a hint of opaline (cloudy) glass. They are a medium blue color that is translucent. They are little hand made ovals with some dimples. Sold in packs of 12 beads. See view A, B

This is a vintage white branch coral horn pendant on a sterling silver chain. The coral is all natural and hasn't been treated or dyed in any way. The Italian coral is a pure white color with lovely polish, and in a horn shape that is considered good luck. The sterling necklace is 20 inches long and the pendant is 1½ inches long. Vintage Tribal Bakelite and Silver Necklace. Seven large square red bakelite beads adorn this ethnic necklace. The bakelite beads are 20mm translucent square beads with rounded corners. They are surrounded by ornate sterling silver filigree bead caps and rounds. This style and design are typical of Turkoman Silver Beads. The necklace has silver chain and long cones on the ends that are a lower quality silver, probably 800 in content. The necklace is in good vintage condition, with the inevitable dents and depressions on the silver beads that come with age. The necklace's closes with a simple hook and eye clasp that makes the link adjustable. Beads tested positive for Bakelite with Simichrome. See the clasp and view A, B, C.
