Handsome Sterling Silver Heart Brooch handcrafted by a Native American. The heart has both stamped and hammered work in a quality that is first class and well crafted. It has a pin back and a pendant hook or bail that flips up, so it can hang on a necklace. It is stamped 925 PTG and a symbol on the back. This is a highly collectible sterling brooch from Coro. It was designed by Massa Raimond in 1942. It is a beautiful bouquet of flowers all crafted in sterling silver. It has a design patent of 133,964. It is in perfect untouched condition, it has a dark patina. Sterling brooches by Coro are very desirable, especially ones this large. This fabulous large brooch by Kenneth J. Lane is a full 3 inches and doubles as a pendant. It is a large Maltese Cross encrusted with a multitude of bright and colorful crystals. There are also pearls inset into the ends of the cross. It is really well made and has heavy gold plating. It has a pin and a pendant clip on the back that opens, so it can fit on any necklace. This pink rhinestone brooch was designed by Liz Claiborne. The heart has an open work design and is covered with light pink round rhinestones of varying sizes. See the back. Signed LC on the back.

This lovely French brooch is a hand fan that features an elegant motif of flowers and leaves on silver. It has an older style trombone clasp and clip mechanism. The metal shines up like sterling but tests as a lower quality, most likely coin silver. The trombone clasp is marked France and it has BREVET S.G.D.G. which is an abbreviation for Breveté Sans Garantie du Gouvernement which means "Patented Without State Guarantee." See the back, A, B. Another gorgeous designer brooch by Ciner. CINER Jewelry Company, was started in New York in 1892 by Emanuel Ciner, often designed its pieces to look like fine jewelry. The quality is first class and the look rich and well crafted. This brooch has a large topaz crystal in the center and is surrounded by other cabochons that look like real gemstones. They are set in an antiqued gold brooch with lovely textured leaves. It has a safety clasp on the back and is signed ciner©. It is in excellent condition. ~ See another view.   See the back. This is a delightful and fun trembler brooch designed by Florenza. It is a gold tone nest full of pearls with a cute bird perched above on a spring so it trembles and moves. The nest is sitting on a brown and green enameled branch. See view A, B, C. See the back.

This is a spectacular 18KT yellow gold brooch of a bumble bee crafted by Herbert Rosenthal. Herbert Rosenthal Jewelry Corp, of NYC is known for high quality jewelry and produced a line of "Bee Mine" pins. It is a superb estate insect pin crafted in 18k yellow gold and has natural red ruby eyes. The body and wings of the bee have wonderful texture and detailing. The brooch is in excellent condition. Fabulous vintage rhinestone and art glass turtle brooch by DeNicola. DeNicola produced beautiful and high quality costume jewelry in the 1950's and 60's. Their figural brooches are rare and sought after by collectors. This piece has a brushed gold shell with a large brown and yellow art glass stone in the center.
